How cool is this world! A total Eclipse!

August 21st at about 2:40 we watched the Eclipse.  Though Charlotte was not in the path of totality, we had a 98.5% total eclipse.  It was amazing to witness.  The lighting became almost eerie, the birds changed their songs, and the crickets were chirping early.  It was a fun gathering with friends and family to share in this unique experience.
