Asheville and two birthdays!

We had another great trip to Asheville this year.  We celebrated both Merritt's and Evan's birthday while we were there.  Can't believe Merritt is now 4!  She is one smart cookie, too!  She has a great sense of humor and can actually tell a joke to make you laugh, she is writing all of the family's names including cousins and grandparents. Even her teachers have nothing but great things to say about her, "Merritt is an incredible child" per her teacher Mrs. Mason-we agree!   Merritt loves to make us laugh with her funny dance moves, especially to "Uptown Funk You Up", which is made especially  funny by her inability to correctly say the word funk-use your imagination as to what the word comes out sounding like.  Her four year old stats are 42 1/2" tall and 40lbs, healthy and happy!
