This year we finally got to experience the 4th of July at Carmel and it did not disappoint. We worried all week about the weather as there were thunderstorms all week in Charlotte. Fortunately, the day turned out to be beautiful and rain free during the festivities. The girls loved all the games and yummy food. Fireworks were attempted, but ultimately the girls were too tired to watch them this year.
